ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Agent to grow our list of prospective clients and onboard new clients. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop retention strategies and promote's crossale and suggest additions/changes to existing policies.
Service policyholders as required, including endorsement processing and requesting information required by the insurance company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Recent sales experience is required
Examples of relative experience that may be considered are: retail sales, financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, manager of financial P&L
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Pay Scale: Annualized Compensation

First year: $35k to $45k
Second year: $45k to $60k
Third year $60k to $85k or more

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
